How does booking work?
Find an item, choose your dates, and send a request. Once the lender approves, you pay securely and arrange pickup. See Renting Basics.
Is it safe? How am I protected?
Every payment runs through Stripe — no cash changing hands — and chat stays on-platform with your contact info kept private. Lenders are paid only to bank accounts verified by Stripe, and geo-tagged photos document every hand-off. PIPEDA compliant.
What if the item is damaged while I have it?
Rentals with the Damage Protection added are backed up to $10,000, with a clear, fair dispute process. Some items may require a refundable security deposit, returned once you bring the item back in good shape. Read the No-Loophole Guarantee.
How do I pay, and can I rent for just a day?
You pay by card through Stripe once the lender accepts your request — by the hour, day, week or longer. Rent only for as long as you need; there’s no long-term commitment.
Do I need an account just to browse?
No — browse the whole marketplace freely. You only create an account when you’re ready to send a request, and no card is needed until the lender says yes.
What can I store there?
Outdoor spots only, for RVs, boats on trailers, utility and cargo trailers and vehicles up to 35 ft. No indoor space is listed.
How long is the season?
October to May. The listing shows a seasonal price and a daily price, so you can book the whole winter or just the weeks you need.
Can I get to my trailer during the winter?
Message the host through the app to arrange access. Drop-off and pickup are documented with a photo, the same as any rental.
