I'm Jordan Huzevka. My dad Mark and I started Next-Door Rental in February 2024 to fix something that never made sense to us: how much good gear just sits idle. So we set out to change that — starting right here in Sarnia-Lambton.

Our Mission
Look down any street and half the garages have a ladder, a pressure washer, or a trailer that gets used once a year — while the neighbour next door drives out to buy the exact same thing for a one-day job.
So we built a way to rent the gear you already own to neighbours you can trust, safely, and earn from it instead of watching it gather dust. We take trust, safety, and accountability seriously: every payment runs through Stripe, every hand-off is documented with geo-tagged photos, and our optional Damage Waiver applies to damage and theft, up to $10,000.
