Commissions & Payment

First 3 Months: Affiliates earn 25% of NDR's gross revenue generated from each transaction involving a New Customer (approx 2.5% of total gross revenue).

Two-Year Commission Term: Commissions are paid monthly until the end of the Payment Term, which is 24 months from the New Customer's registration date. After the first 3 months, you earn 5% of NDR's gross revenue per transaction (approx 0.5% of total gross revenue).

Payout Schedule: Commissions are disbursed within 60 days of transactions completed in the previous month. Affiliates must maintain an accurate Stripe Connect account. The minimum payout threshold is $50 CAD.

Key Definitions

  • New Customer: A unique, non-repeat person or legal entity not previously registered on NDR.
  • Payment Term: The period beginning when the New Customer registers and lasting for up to 24 months.
  • Affiliate Link: A unique link or manual code provided to each Affiliate for tracking referrals.

Prohibited Activities

Paid Advertising Restrictions: Do not use PPC ads on NDR's brand name or related keywords (e.g., "Next Door Rental", "Next Door Rental Coupon").

Self-Referrals: Affiliates cannot refer themselves, companies, or associated networks. Self-referrals will not receive commissions.

Cookie Use: Affiliates may not work with discount or coupon sites. Displaying unauthorized discount codes is grounds for immediate removal.

Termination

NDR reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate Account with a 30-day notice. In cases of abuse, fraud, or repeated self-referrals, NDR may terminate the account immediately and potential commissions will be forfeited.
