The amount you list your product for should include sales tax. At Next-Door Rental, there are no hidden fees, including sales tax.
In short, it depends on your annual income. NDR will email you a copy of your transactions annually to make this easy to keep track of.
Yes, please indicate your available hours for pickup or return and the days that your are not available. Renters can book your items through these time periods, but must always plan to meet you on your availability schedule.
NDR emails invoices for services rendered to registered businesses on a monthly basis, at the end of the month.
NDR uses the secure payment gateway Stripe and does NOT store your financial information.
The security deposit is charged and reserved by NDR until the Lender fills out an incident report detailing the product damage. Next-Door Rental will mediate all claims with no biases. If there is no incident report, the security deposit is returned to the Renter.
The first time you sign up for your Stripe account it will take 7 days for you to receive funds into your bank account. After that, payment is received at product pick up.
When you added a bank account, you created a Stripe Express account. Login to your Stripe Express account to track your payout.
